Shipping Information

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150.

UNITED STATES: Flat-rate $10 USD for all other orders across the United States, We use USPS as our Standard Delivery which usually takes 3-7 working days across the United States. We will provide a tracking number from USPS so you can track your order. 

We dispatch our orders from our office in Los Angeles, California same day if the order is made before 10am and the next morning if made after. Orders made over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Shipping usually takes 3-7 working days across the states with USPS. If you have not received your package after 7 working days please email us on info@taliegolds.com and we will help trace the order.

INTERNATIONAL: $15 USD for all orders worldwide. We use DHL as our Standard Delivery which usually takes 4-10 working days across the globe. We will provide a tracking number from DHL so you can track your order.

Talie Golds is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to Talie Golds for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. Full price, unwashed, unworn and unused items with the tag still in place on bikini bottoms may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 15 days from the dispatch date. Store credit is valid for 1 year. If 15 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase and you have not notified us, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange. 

Please notify us of the return on info@taliegolds.com and we will provide you with with the return address of our office in Los Angeles, Califronia. Please enclose a note with your full name and order number in the return. We do not accept returns in our Bali office. Unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund.

For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.

The shipping of returns is handled at the customer's own cost. Talie Golds recommends that you return them with registered trackable post as we are not liable if your package goes missing. We must receive the return within 3 weeks of notifying us. If more than 3 weeks has gone by since notifying us of the return we are sorry but we cannot process the return. 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Talie Golds will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
